Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2025

We're pretty straightforward about how we handle your info. Here's everything you need to know about your data when you work with us.

Who We Are & Why This Matters

Look, we get it - privacy policies can be a snooze fest. But here at Titan Reach Architecture, we actually care about keeping your information safe. We're based in Vancouver, BC, and we've been designing buildings that reach for the sky since day one. When you trust us with your project, you're also trusting us with your personal details, and we don't take that lightly.

This policy covers our website (titanreach.info), any consultations you have with us, and basically any interaction where we might collect your info. We're committed to following Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA, because honestly, it's just the right thing to do.

What Information We Collect

When you reach out to us or fill out a form on our site, we'll grab your basic contact stuff:

  • Name and company details (if applicable)
  • Email address and phone number
  • Physical address for property/project locations
  • Project specifications, budget ranges, timelines
  • Any files or documents you share with us (blueprints, photos, site plans)

We need this stuff to actually help you with your project. Can't design a building if we don't know where it's going, right?

Like pretty much every website out there, we automatically collect some technical bits:

  • IP address and browser type
  • Device info and operating system
  • Pages you visit and how long you hang out
  • Referring websites and search terms
  • Time zones and language preferences

This helps us figure out what's working on our site and what needs improvement. If everyone's bouncing from a certain page, we probably need to fix something.

We keep records of our conversations with you - emails, phone call notes, meeting summaries, that kind of thing. It's important for us to remember what we discussed about your project, especially when we're juggling multiple clients and their unique requirements.

These records help ensure nothing falls through the cracks and everyone stays on the same page throughout the design and construction process.

How We Actually Use Your Information

We're not in the business of selling your data or spamming you with junk. Here's what we do with your info:

Project Services

To provide the architectural services you're hiring us for - consultations, design work, construction oversight, and all the other stuff that comes with creating amazing buildings.

Communication

To respond to your inquiries, send project updates, share design concepts, and generally keep you in the loop about what's happening with your build.

Improvements

To make our website better and improve our services. We analyze how people use our site to figure out what content is helpful and what needs work.

Legal Compliance

To comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements. Architecture involves a lot of paperwork and regulatory stuff, unfortunately.

Marketing Note: We might occasionally send you updates about our work or sustainability tips if you've opted in. But you can unsubscribe anytime - no hard feelings.

Who We Share Your Data With

We're pretty protective of your information, but sometimes we need to share it with others to get the job done:

Project Partners & Contractors

When we're working on your building, we'll need to share relevant info with engineers, contractors, surveyors, and other professionals involved in the project. They need certain details to do their part of the work properly.

Government & Regulatory Bodies

We have to submit plans and permits to municipal authorities, zoning boards, and other government agencies. That's just part of the building process - can't avoid it.

Service Providers

We use various tools and services to run our business - email hosting, cloud storage, project management software, accounting systems. These providers might process your data, but they're contractually obligated to keep it secure.

Legal Requirements

If we're legally required to disclose information (like in response to a court order or subpoena), we'll do so. We'll also share data if necessary to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

What we DON'T do: We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Period. That's not our business model, and it never will be.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Yeah, we use cookies - but not the chocolate chip kind. These are small text files that help our website work better:

Cookie Type What It Does Can You Disable It?
Essential Cookies Make the website actually work - navigation, security, basic functionality Not really - site won't work without them
Performance Cookies Help us see which pages are popular and how visitors move around the site Yes, through your browser settings
Functionality Cookies Remember your preferences and settings for a better experience Yes, but you'll lose personalization

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Just know that blocking certain cookies might make parts of our website act wonky or not work at all.

Your Privacy Rights

You've got rights when it comes to your personal information. Here's what you can do:

Access Your Data

You can request a copy of all the personal information we have about you. We'll send it over in a readable format.

Correct Inaccuracies

If something's wrong or outdated, let us know and we'll fix it. We want to have accurate info anyway.

Request Deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal information. We'll comply unless we need to keep it for legal or contractual reasons (like completed projects).

Opt-Out of Marketing

Don't want to hear from us anymore? Click unsubscribe on any email or let us know directly. We won't be offended.

Data Portability

You can request your data in a format that's transferable to another service provider if you want to take it elsewhere.

To exercise any of these rights, just reach out to us:

Email: info@titanreach.info

How We Keep Your Data Safe

We take security seriously. Here's some of what we do to protect your information:

  • Encryption: We use SSL/TLS encryption for data transmitted through our website. It's that little padlock you see in your browser.
  • Access Controls: Only team members who actually need access to your info can see it. Everyone's got different permission levels.
  • Secure Storage: We use reputable cloud providers with strong security measures and regular backups.
  • Regular Updates: We keep our systems and software up to date with the latest security patches.
  • Staff Training: Our team knows how to handle sensitive information and spot potential security threats.
  • Physical Security: Our office has controlled access and security measures to protect physical documents and devices.

That said, no system is 100% foolproof. We do our best to protect your data, but we can't guarantee absolute security. If we ever have a data breach that affects your information, we'll let you know promptly and tell you what we're doing about it.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We don't keep your data forever - just as long as we need it:

Active Projects: Throughout the duration of our working relationship and the project lifecycle.

Completed Projects: We typically keep project files for 7-10 years after completion. This is partly for legal reasons (contracts, warranties) and partly because clients sometimes come back years later with questions or wanting modifications.

Inquiry Records: If you contacted us but didn't move forward with a project, we'll keep your basic contact info for about 2 years in case you change your mind.

Marketing Lists: As long as you're subscribed or until you ask to be removed.

Website Analytics: Usually aggregated and anonymized after 26 months.

When we no longer need your data, we'll either delete it securely or anonymize it so it can't be traced back to you.

International Data Transfers

We're based in Canada, but some of our service providers might be located in other countries (like the US for certain cloud services). When your data crosses borders, we make sure it's still protected according to Canadian privacy standards.

If you're outside Canada and interacting with us, your information might be transferred to and processed in Canada. By using our services, you're acknowledging this transfer.

Children's Privacy

Our services aren't directed at kids under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you're a parent and think your child has given us their information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We might update this privacy policy from time to time as our practices evolve or laws change. When we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on our website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top.

If you're an active client, we'll also send you an email about major changes. For everyone else, it's worth checking back here occasionally to stay informed.

Questions or Concerns?

If you've got questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data, don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to clarify anything that seems confusing.
